Overview
This guide will walk you through setting up Infini Reach on your Android device. You'll learn how to:
- Receive and accept device invitations (SIM or WhatsApp)
- Download and install the Infini Reach APK
- Register your device in the app
- Connect and start relaying messages
Time required: 5-10 minutes
Requirements: Android device (6.0 or higher), Active SIM card or WhatsApp account
Receive Your Invitation
Get invited by your organization admin
Your organization administrator will send you an invitation to join Infini Reach. This invitation can be sent via:
📱 SIM Invitation
For regular SMS messaging - you'll receive an invite code to use with your SIM card
💬 WhatsApp Invitation
For WhatsApp relay - you'll receive an invite to connect your WhatsApp account
What You'll Receive:
- An invitation code or link
- Instructions specific to your device type (SIM or WhatsApp)
- Download link for the Infini Reach APK
- Support contact information

⚠️ Important: Keep your invitation code secure and don't share it with anyone. Each invitation is unique and can only be used once.
Download the Infini Reach APK
Get the latest version on your Android device
Infini Reach is distributed as an APK file. Follow these steps to download and prepare for installation:
Download Steps:
Open the download link
Use the link provided in your invitation email/message
Download the APK file
Tap "Download" - the file will be saved to your device
Enable "Unknown Sources"
Go to Settings → Security → Allow installation from unknown sources

Enable Installation from Unknown Sources:
Since Infini Reach isn't on the Play Store, you need to allow APK installations:
Android 8.0+:
Settings → Apps & notifications → Special app access → Install unknown apps → Chrome (or your browser) → Allow
Android 7.0 and below:
Settings → Security → Unknown sources → Enable

Install and Open the App
Complete installation and launch Infini Reach
Installation:
Open the downloaded APK file
Tap on the notification or find it in your Downloads folder
Tap "Install"
Review the permissions and tap Install button
Wait for installation to complete
This usually takes 10-20 seconds
Tap "Open"
Launch the app immediately after installation

Required Permissions:
Infini Reach will request the following permissions to function properly:
SMS Permissions
Read and send SMS messages
Contacts
Access contact information for message routing
Phone
Read phone state and identity
Notifications
Display message status notifications
Storage
Store message logs and media
💡 Tip: Grant all permissions when prompted. The app won't function correctly without them.
Register Your Device
Connect your device to the Infini Reach platform
Now it's time to register your device using the invitation code you received:
Registration Process:
Enter your invitation code
Type or paste the code from your invitation
Choose device type
Select "SIM" or "WhatsApp" based on your invitation
Give your device a name
Choose a descriptive name (e.g., "Office SIM 1", "Support WhatsApp")
Tap "Register"
Complete the registration process

For WhatsApp Devices:
If you're setting up a WhatsApp relay, you'll also need to:
Grant WhatsApp notification access
Enable notification listener service in settings
Enable accessibility service
Allow Infini Reach to read WhatsApp messages
Keep WhatsApp logged in
Ensure WhatsApp is active on your device

Connect and Verify
Ensure your device is online and relaying messages
After registration, your device will automatically connect to the Infini Reach platform:
Connection Status:
🟢 Connected
Your device is online and ready to relay messages
🟡 Connecting
Establishing connection to the platform
🔴 Disconnected
No connection - check your internet

Verify Everything Works:
Send a test message:
- Your admin can send a test message to your device
- You should receive the message on your SIM/WhatsApp
- The message status will update in the admin dashboard
- You can also send a reply to test two-way communication
Keep the App Running:
- Keep Infini Reach running in the background
- Don't force-stop or clear the app from recent apps
- Ensure battery optimization is disabled for Infini Reach
- Keep your device connected to WiFi or mobile data
- Keep your device charged or plugged in
⚠️ Battery Optimization: Go to Settings → Battery → Battery Optimization → Find "Infini Reach" → Select "Don't optimize". This prevents Android from killing the app.
🎉 You're All Set!
Your device is now connected and ready to relay messages
Messages sent through the platform will now be delivered via your device, and incoming messages will be relayed back to the system.
